Telia
Min Portal
Telia wanted a new self-service portal for its business customers.
The goal: a better overview of the customer relationship, and more tasks people could solve digitally, on their own.
I worked on it from insight to interface, and also took care of the visual design and a design system.

Insight first
Before drawing a single box, we wanted to understand how business customers deal with Telia today, and what they'd rather sort out themselves.
So we started by getting to know the people who'd use the portal, through interviews, observation and fieldwork.
From insight to interface
- User flows and user stories
- Information architecture
- Interface concepts
- Prototypes, evaluated through user testing
Each step built on the one before. The user tests told us what to keep and what to rethink.
Look and feel
I was also responsible for the visual design, and for developing a design system. The point was consistency, accessibility, and an experience that hangs together from one page to the next.
